Comic Relief

I am so excited about my beaky big bird costume. I am wearing it all day next Friday to raise awareness for Comic Relief. I am starting the day at 9am in RBS Great Tower Street and am hoping to visit every branch in the central London area to take photos of their fundraising activities for our newsletter.

RBS is really passionate about volunteering and charity work. Not only do they subscribe to payroll giving (for every £1 I give to charity they give £2),  they also will give up to £500 per year if you regularly volunteer or raise money for an individual sponsorship event e.g. 10k run for Macmillan).

Comic Relief is such a good charity because they help people in Africa and the UK. I went to see two of the panel shows David Walliams took part in on the weekend and the VTs they showed of how the money is spent were moving but also inspiring. Please give money to this awesome charity and I am happy to say we received the giro slips today in our branch so you can now give through RBS!
